I am writing this to express our experience with immigration Attorney Tanya Linetsky. My fiance (Philippines) and I (USA) were having much difficulty moving her visa process along before being introduced to Attorney Linetsky. Over a 2 year period we were getting no results. Upon hiring Attorney Linetsky for the visa process on January 27, 2012 we are thrilled that Elsa will be arriving in the USA on December 28, 2012 with a fully approved K-1 visa. For quite a while I was looking for an attorney to help with my case, and after much research I recommendations, I hired attorney Tanya Linetsky. Despite the fact that I live in New Jersey and the attorney is located in Ohio, we were able to effectively work via email and telephone. I always received quick and clear answers to all my questions. My case was professionally prepared and filed with the Immigration Service. In February 2012, Attorney Lienetky conducted excellent interview preparation sessions, as a result of which I felt absolutely prepared for the interview and confidently answered all of the interview questions. All of this work led to the April 2012 (10 days following the interview) decision by the Immigration Service to grant me political asylum in the United States. My dream came true. Looking back, I realize that hiring attorney Linetsky was one of the best decisions in my life.
